Common questions

Do techs need an app store download?

No. It opens from a link and saves to the home screen like an app, on iPhone, Android or a tablet.

What happens when there is no signal?

Crawl spaces and rural routes lose signal. Trap checks, product checkouts and equipment changes are held on the phone and sent when the connection comes back.

Can other companies see my prices?

No company shares a copy or a data store with another.

Who is responsible for mix rates and safety content?

You are. The product label is the law, and you review the rates and guide content loaded into your copy before techs use them.
